dm-constraints corrupts PostgresAdapter

If dm-constraints was loaded, dm-core can not initialize PostgresAdapter (and I suspect MysqlAdapter too).
wrong number of arguments (2 for 0)
/home/antage/gems/gems/dm-core-0.9.5/lib/dm-core.rb:156:in `initialize'
/home/antage/gems/gems/dm-core-0.9.5/lib/dm-core.rb:156:in `new'
/home/antage/gems/gems/dm-core-0.9.5/lib/dm-core.rb:156:in `setup'
Attached patch solves problem.
