Potential SEL bug

I think I've found a bug with SEL, but I'm really not sure how to spec it, or if it is a bug. The pastie below shows the situation, the thing that makes me think SEL isn't working is in the log (last section):

The first select is for the games.
The second select looks to me to be the SEL call.
The next two are fetching the gms the SEL fetch should have got.
