Create a is_a_list functionality

AR's acts_as_list is a terribly useful little extension and creating a clone of it is inevitable.

Pushing to 0.9.1. If we see it before Monday, great! If not, I'm not too worried about it. Someone will scratch the itch eventually.

I've just made Is::NestedSet, and can take this on if nobody else has started implementing it. Can reuse some of the logic, and have the same move :to interface which would be nice. Please tell me if someone is currently working on it :-)
