DO Transactions patch

Attached is a patch that adds transactions to dataobjects.
It seems to work by itself, and I wrote a set of specs for it (and fixed a few other specs that were failing for me. There's still a handful of specs that fail for me, though).
Warning: I haven't tried this much at all yet. COMMIT and ROLLBACK work, within a DO connection. I haven't tried it in datamapper yet. If using this patch causes your computer to kick your dog and sleep with your wife, its not my fault.

Patch to make them act more like ADO.NET transactions.

Added the transaction SQL commands to get logged in debug mode.
