dm-more 0.9.2 won't install

Why you try to install dm-more using:
sudo gem install dm-more
you get the following error:
ERROR: Error installing dm-more:
dm-more requires dm-adjust (= 0.9.2)

I've packaged up dm-adjust and put it out there. This should be resolved.
On the other hand, dm-adjust is sort of obscure (though obviously useful for some things). I suspect it shouldn't be a part of the dm-more meta-gem, and a separate install if you want it.
It's probably just going to take a bit to figure out the right balance to strike on what should/shouldn't-be included by default.
