[PULL] Documentation and extra specs for Polling

I'm working on Polling module specs and docs on my master at GitHub so please pull:
git pull git://github.com/michaelklishin/do.git mk_pooling
and see if it is useful. Specs are pretty useful so far but pooling initial set of specs and implementation was pretty confusing to me and I still review and improve documentation.
If you feel anything should be done to make it merge into main tree, let me know. Thank you.

I found some specs are not Heckle proof at all => probably test nothing. Ignore this pull request for now.
